When I feel overwhelmed

When I feel overwhelmed:

-Breathe- Take deep slow breaths.
-Pray- God is bigger than whatever I am doing.
-Take steps to stay calm, when you feel like yelling, whisper
-Sleep- When I am sleep deprived everything seems much worse
-Massage hands and feet, it gets blood flowing and it is therapeutic
-Exercise- After a great work out I feel like I can conquer the world
-Take 1 day at a time.
-Learn to say "NO!" Ask the Lord if it is something I need to be doing. If not it is okay to say "NO!"
-Don't forget to spend time with God- "Come to me all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28.
