It is Almost Time!

IT IS ALMOST TIME!!!

 I LOVE getting curriculum and organizing for another home school year.  I have spent the evening going through books and putting them on shelves and organizing school supplies.  I am getting ready to teach 5th, 1st, and kindergarten.  Tough Guy asks every day if we can start school! We love using the work box system so the kids know what to do next.  It teaches some independence also.

  I spent time in prayer today asking God to equip me as I get ready for this school year.  My goal for this school year is to make it fun, be hands on,  and to bring the love of reading to my younger 2.  Tough Guy already loves to learn.  He loves history and reading. This will be the first year all 3 kiddos will be "doing school!" 

I  know my expectations may seem high, but I do excited to begin the year and very soon I will look forward to Christmas break. 

To my house,
Get ready for dust, dirt, and grime because cleaning will no longer be on my priority list.  Oh yes I long for a magazine looking house, but it is not possible at this time.

To my husband,
Get ready for an exhausted wife who is so thankful that you work so hard to allow me to home school and follow the Lords calling on our lives.  Get ready for hair in a pony tail, sweats, and no makeup!
 Please know that I love you more than life itself!
