This morning as I walked into my little lady's room I was explaining to her that we are getting new carpet and all of her furniture will have to be moved out into the living room. She looked at me as bright eyed as can be and said with a smile, "Daddy is so strong he can pick up my bed all by himself. He can pick up my bookshelf, he can pick up my whole room because he is so strong!" I LOVE that she has a daddy that she can look up to. A dad that adores her and tells her how much he loves her. She has a daddy that in her eyes can do no wrong. She can trust him and know that he is there for her. In little lady's eyes her dad has hung the moon!
Now as adults we know that we all sin and fall short. We know that humans will let us down at certain times because we are human, but when we put our faith and trust in Christ he will never let us down. John 16:33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." Christ is the one who really hung the moon!
