At work today I turned on the TV for a patient and Little House on the Prairie happened to be on the hallmark channel.  I got so excited and my heart was beating faster.  My patient who happened to  grow up in the 70's said, "I have not seen this show since I was 8!"  We spent the next hour discussing what a great show it is and how they do not make shows like that anymore!
